By accessing or using ProductOS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including workspace administrators, team members, and visitors to our website at productos.fi.
ProductOS is a cloud-based product management platform that allows teams to plan and track products, OKR goals, opportunities, roadmaps, capacity, and research. The Service is provided on a subscription basis and accessed via a web browser.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
To use ProductOS, you must have an account. You are responsible for:
Workspace administrators are responsible for managing user access within their workspace and ensuring that their team members comply with these Terms.

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with applicable law. We do not sell Your Content and do not use it for advertising.
We provide data export functionality so you can retrieve Your Content at any time. Upon account termination, we will delete Your Content from our systems within 90 days, unless we are required to retain it by law.
ProductOS is offered under a subscription model. Pricing and plan details are published on our website. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you choose.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
If a payment fails, we may suspend your workspace after a reasonable grace period.
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service. We may modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time.
Joining the waitlist does not create a contractual obligation on either side. Waitlist positions are not transferable.
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property other than the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time from the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without notice if you materially breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections 5, 8, 10, and 12 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice in the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
